Terms and Conditions: It is stated at the outset that the present conditions of sale apply to the sale of products on our site. These conditions apply to the exclusion of all other conditions. Giving result of an offer, to order or make a purchase implies acceptance by the customer of the terms and conditions of Safety Beacons Australia. It can not be derogated from these conditions in writing, in which case the other provisions remain applicable without restriction.

Shipping & Delivery

The product is delivered after receiving your payment to the address specified by the customer when ordering. Shipping fees are included in the total amount of the order. The delivery times indicated on the website are indicative. Safety Beacons New Zealand strives to adhere strictly to the time of delivery, but cannot be held responsible for any delays. Safety Beacons use post haste who offer a Two Day service (for example, if it is picked up on Monday, they aim to deliver by 5pm on Wednesday )There is an next business day service offered at additional cost and of course if you are in wellington you are welcome to pick one up 

Privacy & Security

Our company takes all measures to best protect your privacy and comply with the standards prescribed by the Act on the Protection of Privacy in the treatment of personal data. For example security measures have been taken to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of information received on our site.

Returns & Replacements

The customer has the right to notify the seller to waive the purchase, without penalty and without giving any reason, within fourteen days from the day after delivery of the product. When the buyer wants to give up the sale, he may do so within fourteen working days of delivery of the order. Goods must then be returned in the same period in their original packaging, intact and original, together with all accessories and a copy of the invoice/packing slip to Safety Beacons New Zealand within thirty days of recovery. Safety Beacons New Zealand will then refund the customer any amounts paid, with the exception of shipping. Goods that are incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be taken under any circumstances. The right of withdrawal does not apply to entry tickets sold online.


For all purchases, Safety Beacons NZ accepts payments by credit card, internet and bank transfer. To enable online payments, Safety Beacons NZ uses Kiwi Bank New Zealand's only fully New Zeland owned bank and New Zealand market leader in terms of Internet payments. Your order is confirmed and permanently binds Safety Beacons NZ upon receipt of the e -mail confirming the order validation.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Product prices are indicated in New Zealand dollars, including GST, and do not include shipping. All products ordered must be paid for in New Zealand dollars. The products remain the property of Safety Beacons New Zealand until the price has been finally and fully paid. Safety Beacons New Zealand expressly reserves the right to change the price of a product and to correct errors on our website. If the customer is injured by these adaptations, they will be notified in writing, and shall be entitled to cancel their order within seven days of notification of the change. Safety Beacons New Zealand can not be held responsible for any errors (such as typographic) in the prices or conditions. Products are only available for purchase while stocks last. Safety Beacons New Zealand strives to ensure maximum availability of each product. However, we cannot be held responsible for the unavailability of a product. If a product is no longer available, Safety Beacons New Zealand will notify the customer as soon as possible, after which they may notify us to cancel their order within seven working days.
Safety Beacons New Zealand may at no time be held liable for loss or damage arising from the disappearance of the site, or the unavailability of a product on the New Zealand market.

Customers can view and edit their account information from the "My Account" link in the page header. Preferences, mailing addresses, email addresses etc. can be managed from on the "My Account" page.
